What IS Housing Hub?

Housing Hub is a process developed to ensure that all people experiencing homelessness in the SMAC region have fair and equal access and are quickly identified, assessed for, referred, and connected to housing and assistance based on their strengths and needs. Unfortunately, there are not enough programs to serve everyone experiencing homelessness, so staff will help you identify safe alternatives.

Housing Hub is NOT a waiting list for housing resources or services.  It is a continuum of services targeted to people who are experiencing homelessness.
